The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and adhering to Safe agile practices. The candidate will work with the team in designing and ensuring overall integrity of the testing strategy. The QA will also work closely with Software Developers and other testers in small scrum teams to deliver the highest quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Specific duties and responsibilities include creating, comparing and manipulating data, creating, maintaining and executing test plans and test cases, estimating test efforts, analyzing and communicating test results, defect tracking and participating in day-to-day testing activities. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring regression test scripts are current and are in the appropriate format for automation.This role provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Q&A matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. The candidate will also provide consultation at the highest technical level to project teams and client areas assisting with the successful development and implementation of effective computer systems applications across multiple computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server). This role provides thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines and will acts as a lead within the team in mentoring junior team members.Responsibilities:

• Be a part of an ongoing effort to bring new testing knowledge and methodologies to the team
• Works with business partners and IT staff to establish and maintain a consistent testing methodology
• Identify and prepare complex test data to support the test cases defined by the team
• Design a comprehensive testing strategy & build test suites
• Design, develop and maintain regression test beds and schedule test cycles
• Leverage the testing process and test tool kit to create re-usable test sets
• Ensure regression scripts are in appropriate format for automation
• Test execution-manual and automated
• Perform UAT of functional requirements
• Utilize appropriate testing tools
• Assist in the coordination of User Acceptance testing (UAT) and End to End (E2E) testing
• Validate and report progress, risks, issues and defects to agile team
• Communicates with business partners and agile team members throughout the project life cycle, to assist and support the design, development and implementation of effective systems and deliverables
• Takes a consultative and active role during PI Planning, retrospective and daily stand-up meetings and business demonstrations
• Leads review of QA procedures and processes and the development of QA metrics for assessing the quality delivered application software or systems.
• Support all post implementation activities, such as post implementation testing and lessons learned analysis

• Proficiency with most of the following technologies- test automation, selenium, sauce labs, Java, Selenium, Test NG, Cucumber, Strong SQL
• Testing and triaging of defects and issues.
• Knowledge of defect tracking / task tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of build automation and deployment tools such as Jenkins as well as source code repository tools such as Git.
• Good understanding of multiple test automation frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

• Strong time and project management skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.
• Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.

• 8-11 years of experience
• Experience with an onshore / offshore model.
• Proven experience with testing large-scale enterprise application solutions.
• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.

• Healthcare experience including Disease Management
• Coaching of team members
