QA & Testing Analyst Position Overview Job Title - QA & Testing Analyst Location- Jaipur Role Description The QA & Testing Analyst will participate in the hands on test creation, manual and automated execution, analysis and reporting of functional and non-functional testing activities. The QA & Testing Analyst will work on tasks identified in the testing strategy and plan. The QA & Testing Analyst will be responsible for the accurate recording of defects and the collation of metrics and KPI information for reporting purposes. What we\'ll offer you As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you\'ll enjoy Best in class leave policy Gender neutral parental leaves 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your key responsibilities Operate as a KYC SME / testers working in an Agile team along with global dbCLM Tech teams and CLM Product Owners Understand new feature requirements from Product Owner and Tech Scrum teams to deliver an objective review of functionality and support its build out Participate in all Agile ceremonies Planning sessions, Daily stand-up\'s, system demo\'s Lead \'in-sprint\' testing of the functionality being developed Identify operational viability/usability of the functionality and confirm issues are resolved and/or appropriately escalated through the escalation process Define detailed functional test scripts to support functional testing Perform accurate and consistent tests on different KYC files in test environments for multiple locations, business areas and client types Ensure test evidences are documented and stored on system to maintain audit traceability Partner with other stakeholders to improve testing standards Sustain to a culture of teamwork and collective achievement of departmental goals and objectives across CLM transformation teams Contribute to forward looking strategy for testing including automation & process re-engineering Your skills and experience Profound knowledge of Know your Customer (KYC) matters and topics with 3+ years KYC operations experience Analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think laterally around issues, proposing solutions where required Experience with investment banking clients and with preferably with risk and complex client entity structures Effective communication, organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills Ability to work to high standards and under strong time constraints The ability to utilize your own area of expertise and knowledge to contribute to significant improvements in operational processes and policies.
