Position Overview:The QA & Testing Advisor will be responsible for coordinating software development across multiple teams in ensuring reliability and resiliency of applications and services. Performance testing plays a critical role in ensuring software applications perform optimally under various conditions.This is a highly collaborative team that owns and supports testing some of the most critical access to care applications.Responsibilities:

• Works within an Engineering teams is designing, scheduling and executing various types of performance testing including load, stress, volume & scalability.
• Define Performance Testing Objectives and Scope
• Design a Performance Test Plan and Strategy
• Develop Performance Test Scripts and Scenarios
• Configure and Manage the Performance Test Environment
• Prepare and Load Test Data
• Execute Performance Tests
• Applying Consistent Monitoring Metrics
• Analyze Performance Test Results
• Generate and present performance Test Reports
• Collaborate and Communicate with Other Team Members in Performance Testing Adheres to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
• Monitors the performance of internal systems.
• Attends scrum ceremony meetings and design sessions

QualificationsRequired Skills:

• Good knowledge of LoadRunner, JMeter, BlazeMeter and other load generation software application.
• Basic knowledge of basic coding languages such as Java, Java Spring boot.
• Experience with writing, collating and executing JMX test scripts.
• Support continuous improvement processes, analyzing problems and recommending actions for effective resolution.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
• Good understanding of REST API concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ideally, exposure to Cloud technologies AWS and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

Required Experience & Education:

• College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 to 13 years of work experience in software or web Front end and Backend service development
• Strong desire to learn

Location & Hours of Work:

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.
• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
