Job Title: QA Tester (Web & Mobile Manual & Automation)

Experience: 4-5 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with 4-5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies, an eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality issues.
• Create and maintain automation frameworks and test suites.
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitActions or Jenkins
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of testing mobile applications
• knowledge of API & Frontend performance testing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
