Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Job Overview:
Efficient IT and Electronics Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all IT and electronics services, through systematic testing, quality checks, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
• Perform manual and automated testing of software, hardware, and systems
• Identify, record, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless product delivery
• Monitor product performance and analyze quality metrics
• Provide continuous feedback on process improvements for quality control
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
• Proven experience in QA testing for IT and electronics products
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Familiarity with both manual and automated testing
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,019.26 - ?69,343.10 per month
