Your role in the Team
We are seeking a passionate Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our team. Testing our low-latency exchange. The role will give you the chance to work with the backend technologies and a small number of front-end Web-Based applications.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

• 
  You\xe2\x80\x99ll provide direct line management for QA Developers and take ownership of assigned Products/Projects Quality. You will be driving overall Test Automation Strategy and proposals to enhance test coverage, cycle time.
• 
  You will be working closely with our various stakeholders in development, product and the business. Our teams are located across geographies. You will work on QA strategy and drive full-cycle QA connected with.
• 
  Analysis of requirements, Test design.
• 
  Development of automation tools for the backend testing.

What you will need for the role

• 
  Demonstrable management and practical experience of Test Automation projects
• 
  Experience in leading test projects spanning multiple teams and all application layers.
• 
  Minimum 4 years of line management experience.
• 
  12+ years experience in Quality Assurance.
• 
  Expertise in developing Software Development Engineers in Test.
• 
  Developing high performing test automation teams.
• 
  Ability to maintain high levels of morale within department.
• 
  Recruiting and retaining Software Development Engineers in Test.
• 
  Experience of Test Planning, Test Estimation, Prioritization, Risk Based Testing and Resourcing, Production of Project Test Reports and Metrics.
• 
  Experience of working in an Agile development environment.
• 
  Perform Performance reviews of QA Test Analysts, define personal development plans and mentor new entrants.
• 
  Java programming skills.
• 
  Good understanding of CI / CD Process Flow.
• 
  Cross-platform testing experience.
• 
  Experience of iterative/agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).
