As a member of the Engineering Solutions team, you will work in a fast-paced environment collaborating with other engineers and teams in our business to deliver robust solutions to customer issues as well as a stunning customer experience.Your TeamIn this role, you will join our Engineering Solutions team delivering solutions for PTC\xe2\x80\x99s Kepware and Edge line of products in the Industrial IoT space.Engineering Solutions is a dynamic team of highly skilled engineers whose task is to dive into customer issues, determine the root cause, and engineer a solution. The team is highly collaborative and works closely with our Technical Support, Product Management, and Technical Pre-Sales teams to create a stunning experience for our customers.Your Day-to-DayAs a new QA Specialist in Engineering Solutions, you and a mentor will work together to develop innovative ways of solving our customer\xe2\x80\x99s problems. You will become a subject matter expert in many areas of our product and will work closely with both your peers on your team and the Technical Support team to understand, troubleshoot, and reproduce customer problems. You will also work with the Software Developers on our team to plan and test software fixes to be delivered as patches.Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with customers and Technical Support to get to the root cause of issues and deliver solutions.
• Work with Software Engineers to plan and validate patches.
• Innovate and bring a fresh perspective to the team!

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to work in a complex environment and learn new concepts quickly.
• Basic understanding of or a desire to learn about Industrial Automation including PLCs, factory automation software, and process automation.
• Knowledge of C# and debugging tools like Wireshark will have added advantage.
• Expert trouble shooting/Debugging skills.
• Knowledge about REST, MQTT, IIOT, OPC will be beneficial.
• Associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field and 2+ years of professional experience.
