The goal is to build a billion-dollar revenue company and a long-lasting institution with a legacy for the generations to come. Role Overview: Key Resposibilities :

• Define and document the overall testing strategy and planning for all applications
• Lead the implementation of comprehensive testing tools and procedures to achieve maximum automation
• Analyze and investigate the test results and findings, root cause analysis, coordinating with development team
• Coordinate with other teams, for testing of interfaces and other dependencies between applications
• Manage the governance and processes allowing to design and validate the test cases, efforts estimations, planning and potential risks
• Provide official sign-off for features and projects
• Contribute to the selection and hiring of QC team members

Adapt and iterate quickly based on user feedback and metrics Skills and Competencies :

• Experience working with internet facing applications, especially with mobile applications on Android and iOS.
• Well versed with Agile Software Development and Management methods (user stories, iterative development, continuous integration, continuous delivery, shared ownership, test-driven development, etc.) and should have the ability to excel within an Agile environment.
• Hands-on with an automation framework like Selenium or Appium or Robot Framework
• Well versed with a tool like Postman to test API endpoints
• Exposure with RDBMS (preferably MySQL) and should be able to frame queries of medium to high complexity
• Proficient in a scripting language (preferably Python)
• Should progress over perfection and have a track record of shipping value to customers
• Should be passionate about working together with a team to solve customer problems
