• The QA Manager is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance activities, including:
• Preparing and maintaining the company's QA manual, including amendments and revisions.
• Controlling and distributing all quality documentation.
• Monitoring quality activities on projects and performing internal and external audits.
• Verifying contractor quality requirements and documentation.
• Attending pre-bid meetings and coordinating project requirements with bidders.
• Participating in client quality management meetings.
• Preparing and controlling project quality documentation before project start.
• Reviewing qualifications and training for quality inspection personnel.
• Monitoring the resolution of nonconformance reports.
• Assessing the effectiveness of the project quality management system and implementing improvements.
• Coordinating QA/QC activities with site and procurement managers.
• Managing quality-related correspondence with customers.
• Monitoring statistical reporting methods.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
• Archiving project documentation upon completion.
