xe2x80x93 QA/QC xe2x80x93 Civil and Structural Key Specifications: xe2x80xa2 Accountable for the quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Steel Structural and concrete discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes. xe2x80xa2 Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents. xe2x80xa2 Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes. xe2x80xa2 Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials. xe2x80xa2 Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes. xe2x80xa2 Assist employees in ensuring knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance with all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems. xe2x80xa2 Handle efficient storage of all hazardous materials, and perform quality audits per the required schedule. xe2x80xa2 Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyse all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements. xe2x80xa2 Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations. xe2x80xa2 Develop a method statement for the activity, including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis, and Inspection. xe2x80xa2 Test Plan and Checklist based on project specifications. xe2x80xa2 Liaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to the Consultant xe2x80xa2 Coordinate with the Consultantxe2x80x99s representative and Site In-charge for Inspection Key Requirements: xe2x80xa2 Education: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering xe2x80xa2 Experience: Relevant experience of around 3 years xe2x80xa2 Good Communication and Presentable personality About the company TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks Pvt Ltd is part of the TVS group and is one of the leading players in the Logistics Parks, Industrial facilities, and EPC Segment.
