Job Title : QA Officer / ISO Officer

Experience : Minimum 5 Years

CTC : ?50,000-?60,000 per month

Location : Gandhidham

Job Responsibilities :

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Policy Implementation :
• Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with national and international food safety and quality standards (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
• Process Monitoring :
• Monitor raw material sourcing, production processes, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Testing and Validation :
• Oversee laboratory testing of products and raw materials for quality parameters.
• Validate manufacturing processes to optimize quality and reduce waste.
• Training and Supervision :
• Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards and operational best practices.
• Supervise the QA team to ensure effective implementation of quality controls.

ISO Standards & Audits:

• ISO Certification Oversight :
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and other relevant standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation required for ISO certifications and audits.
• Audit Management :
• Coordinate and manage all national and international audits, including client and regulatory audits.
• Conduct internal audits and gap analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
• Reporting and Documentation :
• Prepare audit findings, corrective actions, and compliance reports for senior management.
• Maintain meticulous records to facilitate smooth external audit processes.

Key Skills :

• In-depth knowledge of food safety, quality management systems (QMS), and ISO standards.
• Expertise in handling audits and certifications on an international and national level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, or other relevant standards.
• Hands-on experience with QA and ISO compliance in the FMCG or Agro sector.
