Job Description

Experience: 4 to 5 years

Working shift: 2:00pm to 11:30pm IST

Education: B.Tech/B.E.-Computers, MCA-Computers

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and conduct testing activities; Ensure customer and product requirements function as desired and are in alignment with quality expectations
• Document and maintain test cases in Zephyr or similar test case management tool
• Logging of application defects in an issue tracking tool (Jira)
• Investigate internally and customer reported non-conformance issues
• Document test cases in appropriate tool (Jira)
• Partner with business analyst and software engineers to document user story test acceptance criteria
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
• Collect and compile statistical quality data
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in our approach to quality outcomes
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Collaborate with other team members for a best practices approach to ensuring a quality delivery
• Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools, and processes
• Ensure your assigned deliverables, deadlines, and client expectations are met
• Use appropriate tracking tools to manage work assignments and status

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
• Solid experience in effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis
• Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g., Scrum) and related tools (e.g., Jira )
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with peers and stakeholders
• A passion for leading with integrity and delivering results

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?650,000.00 - ?750,000.00 per year
