About the Role: This position emphasizes enhancing software development processes, defect prevention, and creating automation test scripts, plans, and resolving issues in existing applications. Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of web applications and software products to ensure quality and functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and create test cases accordingly.
- Execute test cases and report defects accurately, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Document test results, procedures, and findings for future reference and improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to convey testing progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of QA process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness..
- Basic Understanding of Website Design and Development Process
- Familiarity with fundamental concepts of website design and development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of JSON, JavaScript, JAVA (Basic OOPs concepts), and SQL
- Familiarity with API, Mobile, and Web Application testing.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Knowledge of manual Quality Assurance (QA) processes and methodologies
- Understanding of various software testing techniques and best practices.
- Ability to perform manual testing of web applications and software products.
- Proficient in utilizing MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
