Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute manual test cases for web applications and websites, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, errors, and issues in the system.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure all issues are resolved.
- Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing to validate the quality of site and functionality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
- Participate in requirement and design review meetings to provide insights on testing strategies.
- Validate new features and ensure the project meets the specified requirements.
- Assist in creating user documentation and guidelines related to QA processes.
- Conduct testing on the WordPress platform to ensure seamless digital experiences.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in manual testing of web applications.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Hands-on experience in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, TestRail, Browserstack).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in testing web and e-commerce platforms, with a preference for WordPress experience.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in testing WordPress sites, plugins, and integrations.
- Knowledge of WordPress admin, theme customization, and third-party app integrations.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
