Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.We are looking for a/an QA Manager to join our FE_Energy team in India .Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Implementation and Sustenance of Integrated Management System including Internal + External Audits
• Lead Customer audits including co-ordination and timely response on NCRs, Observations, etc.
• Drive data analysis and fact-based improvement initiatives.
• Interact with Global Teams on topics related to Quality Assurance, continuous improvement and Customer satisfaction.
• Perform process audit to identify the process compliance /gaps and drive no fault forward culture.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 10+ Years in Supplier Qualification and development roles
• Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 - Mandatory.
• Lead Auditor in ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 preferred.
• In depth knowledge and experience of Problem-solving tools and techniques (A3,8D, RCA, MSA, etc.)
• Ability to train employees on problem solving methodology like 8D, A3 and Management System
