The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in developing and implementing quality assurance processes, strategies, and best practices. You will oversee the testing lifecycle, ensure high-quality product delivery, and drive continuous improvements in QA standards.Responsibilities:xe2x97x8f Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.xe2x97x8f Work closely with the development team, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing.xe2x97x8f Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problemsxe2x97x8f Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.xe2x97x8f Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and cases for both manual and automated testing processes.xe2x97x8f Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.xe2x97x8f Analysing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.xe2x97x8f Must have strong experience working in the Software Testing field throughout the career across all phases of software development life cycle.xe2x97x8f Must have exposure as well as hands on experience of manual as well as performance testing for various web based mobile based and desktop-based Software Products and Application projects.xe2x97x8f Must have strong hands-on experience of various types of testing including end to end functional testing, UIUX, Performance, Security, Architecture, Websites and Performance testing etc.xe2x97x8f Must have led various software testing projects end to end including Test Plans & Test Cases preparation, Effort Estimation, Test Reporting, Project Coordination activities for various projects.xe2x97x8f Knowledge of Database testing over MySQL or other relational non-relational databases is a plus.xe2x97x8f Knowledge of at least one Programming language & coding on an Automation framework is plus.xe2x97x8f Must have familiarity with leading tools for requirement management, test case management, bug management and version control.xe2x97x8f Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.xe2x97x8f Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers.xe2x97x8f Good to have scripting and programming languages, preferably Python.xe2x97x8f Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).xe2x97x8f Agile methodologies: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Required Skills and Qualifications:xe2x97x8f Bachelorxe2x80x99s/Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.xe2x97x8f Minimum of 12 years of experience in QA roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.xe2x97x8f Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including Agile and DevOps environments.xe2x97x8f Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).xe2x97x8f Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.xe2x97x8f Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Preferred Qualifications:xe2x97x8f Familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, version control systems like Git, and performance testing tools like JMeter.xe2x97x8f Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.xe2x97x8f Experience with cloud-based applications and technologies.xe2x97x8f Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.xe2x97x8f Certifications such as ISTQB, Six Sigma, or relevant quality assurance certifications.Key Attributes:xe2x97x8f Proactive mindset with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.xe2x97x8f Ability to handle high-pressure situations and drive results.xe2x97x8f Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Location: Jaipur, India - OnsiteExperience: 14 - 18 yearsPosition Type: Full-time, OnsiteShift Timings: 11.00 am to 8.00 pm
