Manager IIYour role:In this role, you have an opportunity to be part of Integration verification and automation team of Philips MR R&D Software Team.You will be leading and managing a team of high performing verification and automation engineers working on multiple projects of MR Software.Responsibilities:

• Build, lead and coach a team of highly performant SDETs
• Essential contact/resource for functions E2E, ensuring positive and collaborative relationships with our business partners
• You will help prioritize work for your team, making difficult trade offs on design based on business constraints, ensuring on-time deliverables and high-quality software
• You will diagnose and resolve obstacles that prevent your team from delivering high-quality software
• Contribute to process improvement and establishing best practices for testing
• You will regularly communicate with senior management on status, risks and change control.
• Develop skills and improve performance of engineers in the team. Ensure good communication within the team and between other engineering teams and other functional areas.
• Execute on the organization\xe2\x80\x99s strategy, providing clearly defined success criteria and levels of accountability for individuals in the team. Remove impediments for the progress of the teams and act as escalation point
• Execute on continuous improvement in processes and ways of working to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive and support a culture of cross-functional teamwork and disciplined project structure and execution to achieve broader business goals.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree with overall 10+ years of industry experience
• Experience with MR and/or medical device service is an added advantage
• Experience leading and growing a quality focused team with deep expertise in product and provide functional and technical direction to SW Integration, Verification and Automation team members
• Be a catalyst to promote \xe2\x80\x98Quality First\xe2\x80\x99 mindset throughout the cross-functional organization
• Excellent knowledge of Quality Engineering within Software Engineering Discipline, including hands-on knowledge of testing techniques, automation framework development, and risk management.
• Demonstrated multi-year experience in developing automation frameworks using C#. Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub
• Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and optimize to attain the business goals.
• Steer the vision, strategy, technical roadmap for the Quality Engineering team that aligns with the broader development and product team\xe2\x80\x99s goals.
• Aptitude in decision making and problem-solving
• Encourages and supports the personal development of each individual and the development of teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong experience with Agile Lifecycle Management Tools (TFS, ADS etc.)
