Job Description
Technical Skills Requirements: Black Box testing, PDLC, SQL, Database testing, Automation know-how, JavaSkills Mandatory:
- Preferred: Functional Testing, PDLC, UI/UX
- Good to Know: SQL,API testing
- Test Planning, strategy and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
- Defect Management: Track and prioritize defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to testing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate project risks related to quality and testing.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results and sharing with Stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and escalate issues as needed.
