The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile automation testing, a strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and scrum methodologies, and prior experience leading a team of automation engineers.How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers to ensure the quality of mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Appium, Java, and Selenium.
• Implement and manage testing processes and frameworks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Conduct thorough test planning, test case development, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Ensure adherence to STLC and scrum methodologies within the QA team.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve the testing process.
• Provide regular reports on test progress, quality metrics, and any potential risks or issues to the management team.

What You Bring to The Team

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 - 9 years of total experience
• Extensive experience with mobile automation testing on both Android and iOS platforms using Appium.
• Proficiency in any programming language and Selenium for test script development.
• Strong understanding of STLC and scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience in leading and mentoring a small team of automation engineers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with other automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
