Job description We are hiring QA for voice process in our company. (Work from home) Candidate must be a graduate & Fully vaccinated. Languages required : English, Kannada, Telugu, & Malayalam Should have minimum 1 year experience as a quality analyst in his previous experience.
Should have knowledge in QC tools, Excel, Dashboards, Call calibration, call audits, Call monitoring and sharing feedback. 1 Rotational week off 6 Days working. Salary-Up to 4.5 CTC
