Job description
- Perform product sampling duties and prepare reports based on findings.
- Prepare all SOPs documents and maintain records as per standards.
- Ensure appropriate decisions are made regarding the quality characteristics of products, materials and equipment.
- Able to meet sensory demands: taste and feel.
- Successfully complete Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Food Security Training.
- Complete hygiene audits of the warehouse and production unit.
- Ensure employees are following all food safety and workers safety practices.
- Bachelor\'s in Food technology / Masters in Food technology or any related field
- Total work: 2-3 years (Preferred)
- Food Auditing: 2 years (Required)
- Day shift
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- Quality control: 2 years (Required)
- Audit: 2 years (Required)
- 75% (Required)
