Job description
  • Perform product sampling duties and prepare reports based on findings.
  • Prepare all SOPs documents and maintain records as per standards.
  • Ensure appropriate decisions are made regarding the quality characteristics of products, materials and equipment.
  • Able to meet sensory demands: taste and feel.
  • Successfully complete Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Food Security Training.
  • Complete hygiene audits of the warehouse and production unit.
  • Ensure employees are following all food safety and workers safety practices.
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s in Food technology / Masters in Food technology or any related field
Experience:
  • Total work: 2-3 years (Preferred)
  • Food Auditing: 2 years (Required)
