Perform product sampling duties and prepare reports based on findings.
Prepare all SOPs documents and maintain records as per standards.
Ensure appropriate decisions are made regarding the quality characteristics of products, materials and equipment.
Able to meet sensory demands: taste and feel.
Successfully complete Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Food Security Training.
Complete hygiene audits of the warehouse and production unit.
Ensure employees are following all food safety and workers safety practices.
Education:
Bachelor\'s in Food technology / Masters in Food technology or any related field
Experience:
Total work: 2-3 years (Preferred)
Food Auditing: 2 years (Required)
