• Doing the Kitchen Inspections.
• Verifying Kitchen Hygiene and Environmental hygiene.
• Verifying Kitchen utensils and cleanliness.
• Ingredients quality checking.
• Educate the providers on Best hygiene practices.
• Educate providers on food preparation guidelines.
• Conductrandom Inspections.
• Communicate and Educate Providers on feedback received from Customer Care team.
• Onboarding new providers.
• Conducting provider orientation sessions.
• Checking whether inventory items are available or not with the providers if not provide it to the providers.
• Know food and different types of dishes and be able to give suggestions to the providers.
