We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the development and product teams to design, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure our software products meet high standards of quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning and Execution: Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure understanding of requirements and functionality.
• Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through the defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA.
• Automation: Build and maintain automated test scripts (using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or equivalent) to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Regression Testing: Conduct regression and system testing to verify new functionality and ensure existing functionalities are not impacted by changes.
• Quality Metrics: Contribute to the development of QA metrics and provide input for continuous quality improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of test plans, cases, and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in software quality assurance or a related role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Tools and Technologies: Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Postman, JMeter) and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Programming Knowledge: Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, or C#) for test automation.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and documentation.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude and experience working in agile environments is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?288,995.20 - ?600,000.00 per year
