Your day-to-day responsibilities will include acceptance testing and end-to-end functional testing.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with software development engineers to develop and implement manual and automated testsWork with Product Management and other engineers in the company to understand user requirements and application feature setsCollaboratively define test strategies for functional, integration and performance testing of a distributed cloud-based productDevelop and execute test plans, data sets and test configurationsTrack and report metrics of product qualityWork effectively with managers and team members in other groups within the company including Operations, Services and DevelopmentWork with Support as needed to resolve customer issuesVerify defect fixesClearly document your workRequired Skills and QualificationsExperience in quality assurance engineering, preferably in testing a sophisticated web-based business application2+ years of experienceExperience with functional, integration and regression testingExperience with industry standard QA tools for defect tracking, and source controlSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyExcellent interpersonal, writing and problem solving skillsFlexible, adaptable and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasksBachelor degree, preferably in CS or related experiencePreferred Skills and QualificationsScripting skillsLinux or command line experienceSQLXML/XpathXSLTXQueryTestNGPlease see the for more information on how Tracelink processes your personal information during the recruitment process and, if applicable based on your location, how you can exercise your privacy rights.
