What You Will Do Monitor automation metrics for continuous quality & process improvements. Collaborate with the various teams at Motive to understand the automation needs. Lead programmatic best practices by example, be a hands-on programmer and tech guru. Estimating efforts, identifying risks, devising mitigation and meeting the project\'s automation schedules. Contribute/Maintain test automation framework development. What We\'re Looking For 2 to 3 years of strong experience in developing test automation for the Backend, and Dashboard Expert level knowledge in one or more programming languages - Java, Python, etc. Experience in industry best practices in SW development processes: Unit testing, code coverage, OO design, code quality, automation, code reviews etc. Proven ownership and delivery of automation for a sizable product or product component, a strong sense of independence, and self-direction. Experience working with large codebases, writing entirely new code and maintaining existing code. Ability to work with cross-functional teams, prioritize automation requirements, work on them and deliver in a timely fashion. Knowledge in CI/CD Environment Experience in working with CI/CD tools.
