Role Summary: As a QA Engineer, you will support in the development, implementation and running of quality control programs and procedures. This position involves the translation of customer specifications and industry standards into product / process criteria and creating control plans to achieve those requirements. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also address the day-to-day issues with production quality within the manufacturing plant, at customer sites and supplier facilities. Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Should have thorough product knowledge

• Good at Statistical Quality Control

• Able to do Non Destructive Testing (MPT, DPT)

• Should know relevant standards \xe2\x80\x93 ASTM, ASME, IEC, FCI and SPP\xe2\x80\x99s

• Customer coordination and test approvals

• Ability to initiate corrective and preventive action plan.

• Independently handle the third party / Customer Inspectors.

• Review of Project documents and preparation of Internal test reports.

• Should be able to compile final documentation

• Good Communication Skills.

• QMS Awareness

• Internal Auditor Training

• ISO 9001-2008 Standard Interpretation

• 6\xe2\x80\x99s and Safety

• BE Mechanical /Diploma with 3-4 years of relevant experience in Valve Industry
