Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through effective testing and validation techniques. You will work closely with development teams, understanding the product requirements and contributing to delivering a high-quality user experience.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write, execute, and maintain test cases, scenarios, and scripts.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects.
• Report, track, and document defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Validate bug fixes and verify the impact of changes in the software.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities.
• Contribute to regression, integration, and system testing.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and processes in QA.

• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Knowledge of testing concepts, techniques, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with any bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or Postman for API testing).
• Exposure to programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL queries.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB Foundation Level) is a plus but not mandatory.
