Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Quality Assurance (QA) and Business Analyst (BA) professional to join our team. This hybrid role is responsible for ensuring high-quality software solutions while simultaneously understanding and translating business needs into actionable requirements. This role is critical to delivering solutions that align with both our technical standards and client objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance (QA)

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure software quality.
• Conduct manual and automated testing, identifying, reporting, and tracking defects.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand technical specifications and ensure testing completeness.
• Validate that solutions meet functional, design, and performance requirements.
• Create and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.
• Drive improvements in test efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to QA process enhancements.

Business Analysis (BA)

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct impact analysis for new requirements and changes, evaluating technical feasibility and risk.
• Create wireframes, process flows, and use case diagrams to support project documentation and client understanding.
• Support product roadmap planning, prioritizing features based on business needs and technical dependencies.
• Provide post-implementation support, gathering feedback and performing additional analysis as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a QA and/or BA role, with a focus on software development projects.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices, including experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency in documenting and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical and business concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS and enterprise software environments.
• Certification in Quality Assurance or Business Analysis (e.g., ISTQB, CBAP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools, including Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?270,818.73 - ?1,289,736.97 per year
