Job Description

Position: QA Automation Engineer (Selenium)

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Selenium Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools. Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner. Work closely with developers and other QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Selenium automation testing. Strong proficiency in test automation using Selenium WebDriver with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks. Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other automation tools and frameworks. Knowledge of web technologies and API testing. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
