Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our RXO Drive QA team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Mobile Application Testing for iOS, Android, and real devices using Appium. Experience in building advanced Automated Test Suites for Mobile Native (iOS/Android) and Web applications using Appium is essential. Additionally, strong development/scripting skills in common Selenium WebDriver-compatible languages such as Java or C# are required. The candidate should possess expertise in generating mobile app locators using Appium Inspector and basic experience with the iOS development tool Xcode. Proficiency in configuring and analyzing Appium logs using the Appium server application is crucial. Good knowledge of handling real-time mobile devices (iOS/Android), cloud-installed devices (e.g., Perfecto), or simulators is expected, along with familiarity with Android Debug Bridge (adb). Intermediate-level knowledge in any one of the mentioned frameworks (NUnit, JUnit, TestNG), excellent programming skills, and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts are necessary. The candidate should demonstrate strong debugging and failure analysis skills, proficiency in using Postman for API testing, and hands-on experience in setting up automation scripts in CI/CD pipelines.Key Responsibilities: * Perform Mobile Application Testing for iOS, Android, and real devices using Appium.

• Build advanced Automated Test Suites for Mobile Native (iOS/Android) and Web applications using Appium.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver-compatible languages such as Java or C#.
• Generate mobile app locators effectively using Appium Inspector.
• Utilize basic knowledge of the iOS development tool Xcode as needed.
• Configure and analyze Appium logs using the Appium server application.
• Handle real-time mobile devices (iOS/Android), cloud-installed devices (e.g., Perfecto), or simulators proficiently.
• Utilize Android Debug Bridge (adb) for testing and debugging Android applications.
• Implement test automation frameworks such as NUnit, JUnit, or TestNG at an intermediate level.
• Apply programming skills and object-oriented programming concepts effectively in automation tasks.
• Conduct debugging and failure analysis of test scripts and application issues.
• Perform API testing using Postman and ensure API endpoints meet functional requirements.
• Set up automation scripts in CI/CD pipelines and maintain their functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of quality software.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency in Mobile Application Testing using Appium for iOS, Android, and real devices.
• Experience in building advanced Automated Test Suites for Mobile Native (iOS/Android) and Web applications using Appium.
• Strong development/scripting skills in common Selenium WebDriver-compatible languages such as Java or C#.
