We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Tester with 2 to 4 years of experience in software development testing, including a strong background in automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through testing and effective problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.


Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Ensure automation testing is integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.


Perform manual testing when necessary to identify defects and ensure functionality, usability, and performance meet quality standards.


Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.


Conduct regression testing to verify that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.


Test software applications across different platforms and environments to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.


Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.


Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test results. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurately recorded.


Ensure that software deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational guidelines. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on QA processes.


Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in software testing and automation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process.


Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Experience: 2-4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on automation testing.


Technical Skills: Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks. Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, Python, or JavaScript.


Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.


Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.


Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.


Certifications: Professional certifications in software testing are a plus.


Tools: Experience with version control systems, continuous integration tools, and bug tracking tools.


Experience: Previous experience in automation testing, software development environment and working closely with development teams.
