We are looking for an innovative and experienced quality analyst to join our team. The quality analyst is responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly. To be successful as a quality analyst, you should demonstrate strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem solving abilities. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret and implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to colleagues 2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Mandatory experience on Mobile Money/ e-Wallet/ Prepaid recharge/ credit card payment/USSD/Commission solutions (Knowledge of Comviva Mobiquity solution will be a plus) \xe2\x80\xa2 Mandatory experience of API Testing, Mobile Application and web applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on experience on writing complex SQL queries \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on experience on Unix \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience of Automation (Java & Selenium) is highly desirable, Rest Assurance, J-Meter etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in defining test strategies: identify what needs to be tested, when, how - and the corresponding risks \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in setting up test frameworks, test environments and test data to execute test cases \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrable experience of test case design & Review \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience of Jira, Slack & Confluence desirable \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in non-functional testing (performance and security) will be a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with external teams to gather and understand requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to work collaboratively in team to deliver a technical solution \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and remedy defects within the production process \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved \xe2\x80\xa2 Compile and analyze statistical data \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process \xe2\x80\xa2 Draft quality assurance policies and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate customer complaints and product issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to collaborate with testing team, review and validate test plan and results \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for delivering features end to end once the development is complete 2 \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand business requirements are deliver as part of the change, validation of test cases and sign off \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with multiple teams and Partners to get changes/integrations tested on UAT and then on PROD \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with business SPOCs to explain the UAT, review UAT test results and secure UAT sign off from Business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track and update resolution of all defects logged during the UAT and also track KPIs for testing work \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure quality is maintained in testing so that the features being implemented do not impact the current services \xe2\x80\xa2 Support all initiatives related Money changes that require country involvement in implementation \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop skills centrally to manage Group changes standardized \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops and training \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements 3. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE (State the minimum acceptable proficiency for this job. Do not state incumbent-specific information) Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills - BE/Btech/MCA in Computer Science / Electronics Bachelor\'s degree in a related field Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years) - 9+ years of work experience, worked as a Test lead/ Quality Analyst - Experience in Fintech/Mobile wallet industry will be a plus Other requirements (Behavioral etc.) - Telecommunication industry expertise is plus - Focus on Customer - Demonstrating availability, attentiveness and reliability to external / internal customers, building trusting and constructive relationships with them.
