ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Skills The overall IT experience of 3-4 years; experience with manual and automation (Selenium and JAVA) testing
Functional: o Experience in black box testing of Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications. o Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defects tracking concepts o Experience in one test management and one defect management tool is required o Should be aware of STLC and testing processes o Experience in effort estimation o Hands-on experience in Agile projects
Test Automation: o Minimum 2+ years; experience in Selenium Based automation of Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications. o Very good in Core Java concepts and Java scripting o Hands-on experience with Jenkins is a must o Exposure to atleast one reporting tools is required o Exposure to Webservices automation is required o Basic SQL knowledge is required and should be able to write simple queries to fetch test data o Willing to learn and stretch during the ramp-up period as he/she should be hands-on very quickly.
Generic Skills: o Willing to work on client timings (Attend calls)" o Delivering independently o Very good analytical and problem-solving skills o Very good written and oral business communication and presentation skills required has context menu EXPERIENCE
