ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced ETL Test Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the testing of ETL processes and data integration solutions. The candidate should have a strong background in ETL testing and data integration, as well as experience in leading and managing a team of testers.


Responsibilities:


Lead the testing of ETL processes and data integration solutions.


Develop and maintain test plans and test cases for ETL processes and data integration solutions.


Work closely with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and ensure that the testing meets business needs.


Manage a team of testers and ensure that testing is completed on time and within budget.


Develop and maintain test automation scripts to increase efficiency and reduce testing time.


Develop and maintain test data sets to ensure comprehensive testing of ETL processes and data integration solutions.


Create and maintain defect tracking and reporting systems.


Collaborate with other team members to design and implement end-to-end testing solutions.


Stay up-to-date with the latest ETL testing technologies and trends.


Requirements:


Bachelor&;#39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


8+ years of experience in ETL testing and data integration.


Strong experience in leading and managing a team of testers.


Experience in developing and maintaining test plans and test cases for ETL processes and data integration solutions.


Knowledge of testing automation tools and frameworks.


Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Experience in SQL and scripting languages like Python or Java is a plus.
