Responsibility:\xef\x82\xb7 To maintain the entire documentation as per cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 on daily and fortnightly basis.
\xef\x82\xb7 To supervise the Shift Inspector and Assembly Supervisor.
\xef\x82\xb7 To prepare necessary documentations for new product development trials.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for auditing OPC and preparing the related documents.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to take the trials of new material/master batches and reporting to Manager- QA.
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for preparations of batch cards.
\xef\x82\xb7 To manage the Shifts of the processes with Manpower.
\xef\x82\xb7 To prepare the Test Certificate and Dispatch Inspection Report.
\xef\x82\xb7 To maintain 5S in the shop floor.
\xef\x82\xb7 To re-verify the supplier documents for eg. TC.
\xef\x82\xb7 To communicate the supplier about the incoming material inward or online rejection analysis and rejections.
\xef\x82\xb7 To do sample inspections if required and to process non conformity product clearance.
\xef\x82\xb7 To maintain the Change Management System.
\xef\x82\xb7 To prepare MOM in absence of Manager-QA whenever required.
\xef\x82\xb7 To perform quarterly supplier audit.
\xef\x82\xb7 To assist QA- Executive and Manager in implementing Quality Management System and various related work whenever required.
\xef\x82\xb7 To calculate the PPR with graph every month.
\xef\x82\xb7 Authorize for inspection of all incoming and outgoing material and hold and reject material.Key Skills & Attributes\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Injection Moulding, blow moulding and injection blow moulding.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge in RM Testing, ISO & CGMP
\xef\x82\xb7 Competent in problem solving and hard workingEssential Qualifications: Diploma/Degree from CIPET or equivalent
