We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using [insert tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.].
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regression, performance, and functional testing to verify product quality.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning.
• Provide input to improve testing processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium, or similar.
• Familiarity with defect tracking systems and version control tools.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for automated testing is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB or equivalent certification in software testing.
• Experience with API testing and database queries.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
