: We are looking for an innovative and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team. The Quality Analyst is responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test and process plans for projects. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the minimum quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly. Responsibilities/Requirements Ensures solution meets design specifications and requirements Creates detailed and comprehensive documents to guide the team as well as executes and maintains well-structured test plans and test cases ensures overall quality of solution delivery Identifies any potential quality issues per defined process and escalates potential quality issues immediately to team and management Performs various testing to include functional, regression, mobile, and negative testing Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities Identify, record, document Bugs thoroughly Interact with internal teams (e.g. developers, support team and product managers) to identify system requirements Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Always eager to stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Key Measures of Success Time to test - the amount of time it takes to run and report results for a set of tests Test Coverage - the number of tests across the various devices as well as browser testing Escaped defects - The number of defects that reach customers
