Summary: As the Website Quality Assurance Analyst at Stratasys, you will be responsible for conducting rigorous testing and inspections of our websites to identify and address any issues, ensuring that they meet high-quality standards and provide a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with the development, design, and content teams to implement improvements and enhancements based on your findings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned): Conduct comprehensive quality assurance tests on all company websites to identify bugs, functional errors, and inconsistencies in design and content. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with branding and style guidelines. Test website functionality on various browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure consistent performance across different platforms. Verify that website links, navigation, and interactive elements are working correctly and provide a smooth user experience. Perform responsive testing to ensure websites are optimized and display correctly on different screen sizes and devices. Report defects and issues found during testing in a clear and detailed manner using bug tracking tools. Work closely with developers to reproduce, investigate, and resolve identified issues. Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes and enhancements do not introduce new problems. Monitor website analytics to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. Continuously research and implement best practices for A/B testing and optimization to improve website performance. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create A/B testing hypotheses and test variations. Assist in setting up and configuring A/B tests using testing tools and platforms. Monitor A/B test performance and promptly escalate any issues or anomalies. Ensure the accuracy of A/B test setups and maintain proper documentation of experiments and results. Essential Education, Skills, and Experience: Minimum 5 years\' experience. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or in a similar role, specifically testing websites and web applications. Strong understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, and web development concepts. Familiarity with testing methodologies, test case creation, and bug tracking tools. Attention to detail and ability to meticulously test and document defects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
