[ n Your Job The Quality Analyst will be a part of an international team that supports the application development teams by effectively analyzing business requirements and verifying mobile and web applications for Koch Industries. Koch Technology Center (KTC) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Technology Center (KTC) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant international exposure to the employees. As a Quality Analyst, you will analyze business systems and requirements, perform gap analysis, be responsible for creating and executing an end-to-end test plan, develop and execute well-designed test cases for mobile and web applications, backend validations, maintain and execute automated test scripts, identify, and track issues, report QA status to project team and management, and collaborate with IT team . Key stakeholders include Corporate Environmental, Commercial Compliance, Global Safety & Health and Compliance Audit. What You Will Do Working with the Product Owner and IT Team to establish acceptance criteria for requirements/user stories Reviewing functional requirements and technical design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables Identifying test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan Performing system and requirement gap analysis Documenting and executing QA Test Plans Designing and executing manual test cases for Mobile and Web applications based on business requirements and technical specifications Perform database verification using SQL Creating and executing automated test scripts based on requirements and technical documents Performing Functional, Regression, Integration, API and Database validation. Creating test data by maintenance or executing transactions to create a scenario that fulfill testing requirements Identifying, replicating, and reporting defects and verify defect fixes Communication QA status to project team and management Collaborating with a team of IT professionals to support or enhance applications and identify requirement needs to support the capabilities and businesses Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 6 + years\' experiencexa0in functional, regression, integration and UAT testing on a product (Web App, Mobile device) 6 + years\' experiencexa0in documenting andxa0 executing detailedxa0Test Cases 5 + years experience utilizing SQL queries 5 + years experience testing APIs and Web Services using Postman 5 + years experience in automated software testing utilizing 6 + years experience in Agile SDLC with a focus on testing Strong conceptual, analytical, gap analysis, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent in understanding the requirements, acceptance criteria and developing test cases Effective verbal and written communication skills Understanding of the software development and Bug lifecycle Strong collaborative skills, ability to work efficiently with other team members to resolvexa0problems. Ability to work both in a team environment and independently.
