Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning and Execution: Design and execute comprehensive test plans for AI models, ensuring the correct functionality of machine learning algorithms.
• Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test suites for AI systems, focusing on edge cases, data variability, and model performance.
• Model Validation: Validate model accuracy, stability, and fairness by running various test scenarios and monitoring key performance metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers and data scientists to understand model behavior and potential risks.
• Bug Tracking and Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs, working with developers to resolve issues.
• Performance Testing: Ensure AI systems meet performance benchmarks, identifying bottlenecks or issues under varying workloads.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement processes to enhance the testing of AI systems and improve the quality assurance framework. |
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in software testing with a focus on AI/ML applications.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for AI model testing.
• Experience with testing AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing tools like Selenium, and version control (Git).
• Soft Skills : Excellent attention to detail, problem- solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. |

Pay: ?243,753.74 - ?500,000.00 per year
