Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of Python-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with team members to design, implement, and test software features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues in existing codebases.
• Contribute to code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in writing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Engage in learning opportunities to enhance programming and software development knowledge.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Python programming, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Flask or Django (or other frameworks).
• Familiarity with software development principles such as object-oriented programming (OOP) and version control using Git.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL databases) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.

Educational Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous internship or project experience related to Python development is a plus

Pay: From ?5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
