Position: Python Full stack Developer Trainer

We are seeking a Python Full stack Developer Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and facilitating training programs focused on Python full-stack development. You will impart industry-relevant knowledge and practical skills to aspiring developers, helping them become proficient in Python and its application to web development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development: Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum for Python full-stack development, covering essential concepts, tools, and best practices.

2. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to individuals or groups of aspiring developers.

3. Hands-On Learning: Facilitate hands-on coding sessions and projects to ensure practical application of Python skills.

4. Skill Assessment: Evaluate the progress and skill levels of trainees through assessments and practical assignments.

5. Feedback and Support: Provide constructive feedback to learners and offer guidance and support to help them overcome challenges.

6. Content Maintenance: Keep training materials and resources up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

7. Technical Assistance: Assist trainees with coding and development-related queries, helping them solve technical issues and challenges.

8. Mentorship: Offer mentorship and career guidance to learners, assisting them in their professional growth.

9. Collaboration: Collaborate with the training team to continually improve training programs and content.

10. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities and learner progress, producing reports as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Python Full stack Developer with expertise in Python, web development, and associated technologies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Dedication to staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in Python full-stack development.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
