Exusia, a cutting-edge digital transformation consultancy, seeks Python Full Stack Developer to join our global delivery team's Industry Analytics practice in India.

Whats the Role?

The Python Full Stack Developer position will be part of our Industry Analytics practice, focused on delivering best of breed technology solutions to support discovery of actionable business insights for Exusias clients, and contributing to innovation within the company.

As a Python Full Stack Developer, you will apply your expertise to assist our client with the development of full stack applications in a CI/CD model on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud environments. You will play a key role in the creation and orchestration of a CI/CD Pipeline.

In this role, the candidate will be designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements.

\xc2\xa7 Experience in building frameworks to support - logging, error processing, scheduling, etc.

\xc2\xa7 Ability to integrate and use the new tech stack (cloud-based technologies) to build new applications

\xc2\xa7 Development of high-quality programming deliverables in a self-contained, module format

\xc2\xa7 Develop in a highly demanding environment and provide hands-on guidance to other team members.

\xc2\xa7 Collaborate with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements, ensuring client satisfaction with the product.

\xc2\xa7 Manage the build phase quality assurance code to confirm fulfillment of business/technical requirements and adherence to coding standards

\xc2\xa7 Resolve difficult design and development issues.

\xc2\xa7 Identify areas of improvement, and review application performance

\xc2\xa7 Utilize leadership skills and initiative to stay abreast of emerging technologies and rapidly ramp up on new platforms/frameworks.

\xc2\xa7 Requires excellent communication and documentation skills, especially when interacting with business users.

The successful candidate would need to have 5+yrs of experience and should possess a broad set of capabilities, depth of knowledge and variety of experiences. The competency needs for this role are as follows.

Must Have-

\xc2\xa7 Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or engineering with 5+ years of experience in a software development

\xc2\xa7 Proficiency in Python

\xc2\xa7 Experience working with cloud-based commercial API solutions

\xc2\xa7 Experience implementing and consuming Web Service technologies/APIs (REST, JSON)

\xc2\xa7 Experience creating microservices, and other self-contained modules

\xc2\xa7 Must have Kubernetes and Docker experience in building, delivering, and scaling containerized apps.

\xc2\xa7 Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, SQS, RDS, etc.)

\xc2\xa7 Understanding of CI/CD tools

\xc2\xa7 Knowledge of SQL with any RDBMS

\xc2\xa7 Familiarity with scheduling and orchestration

\xc2\xa7 Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems

\xc2\xa7 Strong written and verbal communication skills

\xc2\xa7 Strong leadership skills and a self-starter

Nice-to-Have Skills

\xc2\xa7 AWS or Azure certification

\xc2\xa7 Experience operating under an Agile Scrum delivery methodology

\xc2\xa7 Ability to solution with a wide variety of open-source technologies

\xc2\xa7 Ability to provide scalable and robust solution architecture depending on client needs

\xc2\xa7 Ability to compare tools & technologies, and present a knowledgeable recommendation

\xc2\xa7 Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

\xc2\xa7 In-depth understanding and prior work experience within the Healthcare industry is a plus
