Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop Python scripts to read, process, and manipulate Excel files.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis as per business requirements.
• Design workflows to automate Excel-based processes, including data ingestion and output generation.
• Utilize Python libraries like pandas, openpyxl, or xlsxwriter for Excel automation.

Optimize scripts to handle large datasets efficiently.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the processing pipeline.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define data requirements.
• Create clear documentation for all developed processes and workflows.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing data-processing scripts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in Python, with a focus on data processing libraries like pandas, numpy, and

openpyxl.

• Experience working with Excel files, including reading, writing, and formatting data.
• Knowledge of Python libraries like xlrd, xlwt, xlsxwriter, or pyxlsb.
• Ability to process large datasets efficiently and write optimized code.
• Familiarity with data validation and cleaning techniques.
• Experience in automating repetitive tasks and creating reusable scripts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
