Project descriptionYou'll be working in the Engineering Enablement team which is part of the Group Chief Technology Office. Its purpose is to engage and empower Engineers, bringing together Engineering communities, learning programs and engagement initiatives across Group Operations & Technology Office (GOTO) - connecting the dots for greater impact. The project is a part of Certfication Programmes and Certified Engineering Team with approx/ 80 k participants worldwide. I't s been active for about 3,5 yrs. The purpose of the Team located in India is to create a holistic framework for automation. You will be based in Pune. The team will closely cooperate with round o'clock team located in US, Zurich (3 ppl) and others in Pune.Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable and secure full-stack applications using Python and associated frameworks.
• Play a key role in the automation and continual improvement of processes, automation and capabilities.
• Design and implement responsive front-end interfaces to deliver high quality solutions.
• Support the ideation phase and document expected user journeys, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code which adheres to industry best practice.
• Ensure all applications comply with UBS security and compliance standards.

• At least 5+ years' hands-on development experience in Python Development.
• Strong proficiency with back-end frameworks.
• Proven experience with front-end development using ReactJs library.
• Proficient in working with databases including SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Solid understanding of GitLab version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to create clear, concise and well-structured technical documents including API documentation, technical specifications and process guides.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure Cloud.
