We are seeking a skilled Python Software Developer to join our team. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for writing, testing, and deploying efficient Python code using modern software development practices, including continuous integration and delivery. You will also work on building and consuming RESTful APIs using Python libraries, designing and implementing modules and components, and ensuring the performance, availability, and fault tolerance of applications through proper monitoring and logging. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication are essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

Write, test, and deploy efficient Python code following best practices.

Build and consume RESTful APIs using Python libraries.

Understand project requirements and design and develop Python modules and components.

Ensure applications are performant, highly available, and fault-tolerant by implementing proper monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.

Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Maintain proficiency in version control tools, specifically Git.

Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Participate in Agile software development methodologies.

Education:

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech).

GCP Certification is desirable.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong understanding of core concepts such as data structures and algorithms.

Proven experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID design principles, design patterns, and coding best practices.

Ability to write clean and maintainable Python code.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Ability to learn quickly, perform research, build proof of concepts (POCs), and propose end-to-end solutions.

Proficiency in working with APIs and integrating different systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience with version control tools like Git.

Understanding of software development methodologies like Agile.

Desired Skills:

Understanding of testing frameworks like Pytest.
