Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated ERPNext Techno-Functional Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ERPNext development, coupled with a solid understanding of ERP functional processes. Candidates with experience in other ERP solutions like Odoo or Python-based frameworks are also encouraged to apply.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ERPNext modules and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality aligned with business goals. This role requires both technical development and functional consulting expertise to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Customization:
• Design and develop custom modules and features in ERPNext.
• Customize existing ERPNext modules to align with client-specific business needs.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party systems.
• Functional Consulting:
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.
• Ensure smooth implementation and post-go-live support.
• Collaboration & Quality Assurance:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business workflows.
• Follow best practices in software development to ensure maintainable and readable code.
• Conduct code reviews and follow Git-based version control processes.

Role and Activity:

• Create detailed technical and functional requirement documents in collaboration with business teams.
• Develop Frappe-based custom apps, workflows, and reports in ERPNext.
• Leverage existing ERPNext features to minimize custom development.
• Work on frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and backend (Python, MariaDB, REST API) development.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery of updates.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in ERPNext or other ERP solutions like Odoo.
• Exposure to Python-based web frameworks (Django, Flask, or Frappe).

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Python programming with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including writing complex SQL queries.
• Understanding of core ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, and HR.
• Familiarity with ERPNext's Frappe framework and its components (DocTypes, Server Scripts, and Custom Scripts).
• Frontend skills: JavaScript, jQuery, and XML for view customization.
• Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Version control experience with Git and knowledge of CI/CD tools.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of QWeb and PDF report generation in ERPNext.
• Experience with data import/export in ERP systems.
• Understanding of accounting principles and ERP financial workflows.
• Exposure to cloud deployment on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month

Schedule:
