Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality service and exceptional problem-solving skills. Project Management: Lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Apply Agile methodologies to streamline development processes. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting an environment of learning and growth. Oversee their work to ensure high standards. Innovative Problem Solving: Employ smart and creative thinking to address complex challenges, continuously proposing and implementing effective solutions. Required Skills: Expertise in Python: Strong knowledge of Python and experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, Django REST Framework, and FastAPI. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects efficiently. Client Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of successful client engagements. Team Leadership: Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members. Creativity and Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions. Preferred Skills: Experience with Odoo: Knowledge of Odoo\'s framework and its integration will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with Agile Practices: Proficient understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Education: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Python development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
