Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Python Data Science professional to join our growing team in Chennai. This is a full-time position suited for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in data science and Python development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Django and Flask frameworks, and possess a strong foundation in machine learning and statistical modeling.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in Python programming (Mandatory skill) essential for data analysis and model development.
• Familiarity with machine learning (Mandatory skill) techniques and libraries such as TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
• Proficient in SQL (Mandatory skill) for efficient data querying and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling for data interpretation and predictive analysis.
• Skill in data visualization to effectively communicate insights through tools like Matplotlib or Seaborn.
• Experience in algorithm design for solving complex data challenges and optimizing processes.
• Development experience with Django framework for building scalable web applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of Flask for creating microservices and lightweight APIs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy efficient data models and algorithms for various business needs.
• Design and implement data pipelines and solutions using Python, SQL, Django, and Flask.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows and processes.
• Continuously monitor and improve data analytics processes for enhanced performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science and machine learning.
• Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members to expand their technical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?569,946.39 - ?820,214.13 per year
