Pvd Operator
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Executing the job according to the instructions and specifications outlined in the process sheet.
Operating PVD coating equipment and handling the process.
Inspecting coated products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on PVD equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Keeping detailed records of production runs, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
Working with engineers and other team members to improve coating processes and resolve technical problems
Assisting in the training of new operators on PVD equipment and processes.
Skills and Qualification:
Experience in the metal fabrication industry
Experience of operating machinery
Experience of working within a team
Understanding of working to quality procedures
Experience of manual handling techniques (however, full training can be provided)
Stable employment history
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with a "can do" mentality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
